MARK-COAT is a two component 100% solids, no VOC's (Volatile Organic Compound), pure polyurea (allamine & polyetheramine-based) that has been developed for pipe coating as anti-corrosion system, also it offers superior performance in pipe mold casting, conveyor roller lagging and as a protective coating system over polyurethane foam for anticorrosion/insulation use. MARK-COAT displays quick cure times and offers excellent adhesion to properly prepared steel and concrete surfaces. MARK-COAT is fast curing and greatly reduces moisture sensitivity. When used as a coating system, MARK-COAT can be applied at temperatures ranging from -30 degrees F to 350 degrees F. This aromatic polyura elastomer displays excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and uv resistance.

MARK-COAT can be used as concrete coating for protection against chemical exposure, moisture migration, and abrasive vehicle/foot traffic or as a membrane for industrial floors, and protective coating for secondary containment. Due to its chemical makeup, MARK-COAT performs well in applications sebjected to intermittent high temperatures and temperatures down to -40 degrees F. Depending on the gel time, MARK-COAT can be applied to vertical or horizontal surfaces by low-pressure spray.
MARK-COAT offers superior performance in rapid mold casting, rotational casting also sprayed to any thickness.
MARK-COAT displays excellent UV characteristics and is suitable for either above the splash ZONE or below at depths in excess of 10,000 feet.
MARK-COAT is the long-term answer for protection against the harsh offshore conditions.
