Mark Tool & Rubber Co, Inc. now incorporates the latest technology in ROLLER LAGGING. Long gone is the old, time consuming method of urethane mold casting and post heat curing. Our new, high-speed application procedure, for applying a unique, modified, hybrid polyurea, changes all the rules. No longer is it necessary to build individual molds for each roller casting. The new application procedure eliminates costly tooling expense, and significantly reduces labor. Regardless of whether your requirement is to re-coat 1 or 1,000 rollers or to cast new rolls, our unrivaled system is designed to save both time and money. Additionally, our innovative material offers excellent physical properties with high heat resistance; it also drastically reduces overall production time frames. Our current casting capabilities includes urethane and hybrid-polyurea lagging of various thickness, on rolls as long as 20’ with core sizes ranging from 3 inches to 24 inches.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

MARK-COAT RF is a two component, 100% solids, no VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compound), UV controlled, modified elastomer, MARK-COAT RF offers superior performance in rapid cold mold casting, conveyor roller lagging and as a protective coating system. MARK-COAT RF displays quick cure times and offers excellent adhesion to properly prepared steel and concrete surfaces. MARK-COAT RF is fast curing and greatly reduces moisture sensitivity. In rapid parts casting it can be applied to cold unheated molds and requires no post heat curing. Because of its fast gel time, parts can be demolded in minutes. When used as a coating system, MARK-COAT RF can be applied at temperatures ranging from 25 degrees F to 155 degrees F. This unique polyurea elastomer system displays excellent UV characteristics and is suitable for either interior or exterior use.
